The short version

• Don't use our products to break the law, harm patients, or violate other people's rights.
• Don't try to compromise our security or extract data you're not authorized to access.
• Production use of Vector and Atlas requires a signed customer agreement and Business Associate Agreement, which control over anything inconsistent here.
• This site (cartarahealth.com) is provided as-is for informational purposes. Nothing here is medical, legal, or billing advice.

Customer agreements control

If you are a physician practice, ACO, health plan, employer, or government agency using Vector or Atlas, the Master Services Agreement, Order Form, and Business Associate Agreement signed between your organization and Cartara Health Inc. govern your use of our platforms. Where those agreements conflict with these Terms, the signed agreements control.

Patient use of the platform

Patients receiving SMS, email, or portal access through a practice that uses Vector are subject to that practice's privacy notice and patient consent forms. Cartara Health acts as a Business Associate to the practice and does not have a direct contractual relationship with patients, except as expressly granted under HIPAA and applicable state law.

Intellectual property

The Vector and Atlas platforms, the cartarahealth.com website, and all associated content are owned by Cartara Health Inc. or its licensors. We grant customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platforms solely as described in their signed agreements.

Disclaimers

The cartarahealth.com website is provided "as is" without warranties. The Vector and Atlas platforms are provided with the warranties expressly stated in customer agreements. Cartara Health Inc. is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine. Clinical decisions are the responsibility of the licensed practitioner.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
